Born and raised in Atlanta, Mook Player spent the majority of his life there. After an interruption in his basketball career, he headed to NYC for college. While in school, he developed a love and skill for music, which he eventually went on to pursue full time. Since then, he's created a sound that has distinction from the trap sound typically associated with Atlanta acts and is on the rise. His latest single 'Heat of the Moment' is a bouncy track about the complications relationships can bring while trying to progress in life.
