Who is HypeDream’s Pharaoh?

Artist, author, wordsmith, and poet HD Pharaoh has been perfecting his craft for quite some time. We had a chance to get an in depth glimpse on one of Lehigh Valley's finest.

Q: Who are you?

A: "HypeDream’s Pharaoh

I am the golden kid

The chosen one"

Q: What’s your creative process?

A: "I like to run a nice hot shower with a candle going but the lights off. (At night) and meditate, clear my mind so I can accept the creative concepts without forcing them."

Q: How would you describe your style? How has it evolved?

A: "Astronomical. If I wanted to give it just one word. I think I’m most it’s evolved in capturing my audience. My delivery is getting better because it’s not delivery it’s digiorno."

Q: What makes you different from other artists and people in general?

A: "It’s definitely my authenticity, the pureness of my writing. People can relate and so many people are scared of love. I wanna make it easier to talk about. Love doesn’t have to be so weird. Love is easy."

Q: Who are some of your favorite local artists/creatives right now, if any?

A: "Definitely my guys Society’s Poets. JayLaSoul with BakPakRap monster too. Can’t forget THRD or Bugz or Joey Shinobi. Last but certainly not least HYPEDREAM"

Q: Who do you work with?

A: "I mainly wok alone, as a poet you tend to have to. I like doing features with other poets / creatives. Proph is great graphic Designer so I guess I’ll keep him."

Q: What do you think the secret to success is?

A: "The Law of Attraction."
