DJ duo MOST SOME drop debut album To Grow a Willowherb
DJs Kid City Combo and Quentin of MOST SOME have been dropping gems both individually (as manawillsee / Kid City Combo & sample memory) & collectively for quite some time now.
Most recent release To Grow a Willowherb is a strong collab and debut album, featuring appearances from many talented artists in the area such as shannonzignoli, runningtoutopia, and lanceshapiromarcy. to name a few.
To call the project 'eclectic' is an understatement. To Grow a Willowherb pulls influence from a wide array of genres, including indie, folk, electronic, rap/ hip-hop, R&B, & rock.
The overall theme is one of growth and change, a coming of age tale of sorts, not only topically but atmospherically. The instrumentals provide a semi-sweet, nostalgic vibe that feel whimsical at times.
We love a well put together collaborative project, and are excited to see what MOST SOME has in store!
