Upcoming artist Wayup Rui drops eclectic EP 'Foreign Tales'
Upcoming artist and producer, Wayup Rui recently released his debut album titled 'Foreign Tales'.
The project is a love story reflecting on all Rui’s failed relationships. It was put together to entertain listeners and talk about dealing with something many can relate to, lost love. The project experiments with an array of genres. Throughout the EP, Rui clearly utilizes distinct melodies over self and co-produced (by James Rogers) instrumentals. His afrobeat/dancehall track 'The Way You Move' is our favorite, and has been making waves all over the East Coast and globally since it's release.
